What happens when I reach my free tier limit?
When you reach 15 deliveries in a month, we'll notify you and queue any new newsletters. You can upgrade to Pro for unlimited deliveries.
Can I use this with non-Substack newsletters?
Yes! Any email newsletter can be forwarded to your generated email address.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime with one click. No questions asked. If you cancel a paid plan, you'll still have access until the end of your billing period, then automatically drop to the free tier.
Do you support Kobo or other e-readers?
Currently, we support Kindle devices exclusively. We generate EPUB files optimized for Amazon's Personal Documents Service. Support for other e-readers is on our roadmap.
Is my email data private?
